Change of mind
For change of mind returns please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. Eligible returns (unused, unwashed, tags attached) will receive a store credit or exchange.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on change-of-mind returns. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and/or insurance, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Size exchanges
Size exchanges are accepted on full priced items within 14 days of recieving your order (unused, unwashed, tags attached)

Pre orders
Pre-order returns are accepted within 14 days of recivieng your order. (unused, unwashed, tags attached) are only eligible for an exchange or store credit.

Faulty or incorrect items
Contact via contact form on the Bowi website within 7 days of receiving the item. Items will be inspected. If approved, we’ll offer a refund, exchange, or replacement provided the item is unused, unwashed, and has tags attached.
Sale items
All sale items are FINAL SALE. No returns, exchanges, or credit notes.
Promo-code Purchases: For items bought using a discount code during a sale are eligible for size exchange or credit note if notified within 7 days of purchase and stock is available.
